The Fremont Health Club is a 24/7 facility for all of our members. 

Our office hours are: 

Monday - Friday 9a - 7p

Saturday 10a - 2p

Sundays the office is closed but we can often be found in our Fremont Sunday Market booth spending time with our neighbors and making new friends.
